we connectOnce you sign your agreement and pay your deposit, you will receive our Welcome Pack with all of the details about our project as well as a little ‘homework’ in the form of a questionnaire, where you will provide as much information as possible to help us create your dream branding and website.
After our date is set, you'll prepare any content, imagery, and integrations in advance to send over, so we are ready to go!
Pre-project homeworkThis is possibly the most important step of all to be completed (at minimum) 1 week prior to our project. This ensures that we have time to review and plan, so our build can run smoothly. The answers to these questions are important for us to ensure your brand is visually cohesive, with your values shining through and really connecting with your dream audience.
If you are including copywriting in your package, there will be additional questions to ensure we nail all things you and your audience.
1 Hour Strategy CallBefore we get to work, we. will have a strategy call to refine the aesthetic and vibe of your brand. Again, if you are adding copy to your package, there will be an additional call to ensure we have your brand and audience crystal clear.
Your WebsiteOnce your brand identity is created, we put together a killer website strategy with your user’s experience in mind, and design an online home you’ll be proud of.
Wrap Up Call We’ll have a 60-minute handover call/ Q & A session so you’re ready to roll!
