  • Drop us an email and fill us in on what you need, and we will send you some pricing, availability, and a little more info about us and how we work. No high pressure sales call- you need to know more? Feel free to drop us a line. Anything you need to know, we are an open book.

    If you’re good to go, we’ll set up an introductory call or send an email questionnaire for more specific details on your project. We will then put together a Proposal that describes everything we discussed, and different options on how we can reach your desired goals together .

  • Each project time can vary greatly, depending on how much work is required. Additionally, communication time between us can play a large part in timing. I can usually give you an estimate once we have determined what you need.

  • Squarespace is quite user friendly, but your website will be set up in a way that makes it easy for you to update content without our help.

    When we hand over the keys to your new home on the internet, we will also hop on a call to answer questions, so you can manage your website with confidence. We will walk you through your site, and answer questions you may have.

    We also provide 2 weeks of post launch email support.

  • We love working with businesses of all kinds, and that means we approach every project individually to meet your exact needs and goals.

    On average, our clients' first project ranges between $ 2500- 12K+ based on the timeline, project scope, size of business, and customizations.

    To give you a custom proposal, we like to jump on a quick, no-obligation introductory call or shoot you a questionnaire to get to know you and your business better and ensure we're the right fit for each other.

    Following that call, we'll put together your proposal that describes everything we discussed and different options on how to best reach your desired goals.

  • We typically charge 50% up front, and 50% upon completion of the project.

    For larger projects, we do offer a split into 3 payments:

    • 25% at booking to hold the spot in our calendar,

    • 50% due at/by the start of the project and

    • 25% on/by the last day of the project

    Specific due dates are flexible as long as each invoice is paid in full by those milestones.

  • Need the whole shebang? No problem!

    Copywriting of course involves an added layer of research and discovery, so more time will be required to complete the project. Drop us a line, and we can discuss the deets!

  • No, for Squarespace websites, you must maintain a Squarespace subscription, they will host your website. Their plans are very affordable and customer service is top-notch!
